We welcomed Familija Estate from the Haloze region, a winery where three generations of winemaking passion are expressed through exceptional wines that reflect the distinctive character of the Haloze terroir.
About the Vineyards and the Wines
Familija Estate cultivates terraced vineyards at the Veliki vrh site, where the grapes reach full phenolic ripeness. The wines are complex, mineral-driven, and varietally expressive, with each glass telling a story of dedication, expertise, and a deep love for viticulture. Guests experienced an authentic Haloze wine journey, uniting terroir, tradition, and innovation.
The Culinary Experience
The perfect harmony between wine and cuisine was crafted by Head Chef and hotel owner Robert Čebokelj together with Josipa Mačinković.
